Custom Pricing

As a custom building company we will build you a home on your lot, on one of our lots, or we will help you find that special lot you are looking for.

We will use a plan you have, one of our plans that we build or will help you find a plan from resources we have on hand. Custom plans from scratch can be priced. We work with several local designers.

We will give you an accurate estimate on your building project in a reasonable amount of time. With the estimate we will furnish a full set of specifications with allowances so you know exactly what you will get.

To give you an accurate quote you will need to furnish the following.

Comprehensive set of drawings including Elevations and Floor Plans with room and building dimensions.
Specifications which include room floor coverings, type of cabinets, ceramic areas, hardwood areas, extra lighting, or anything that will help us in an accurate quote
Exterior finishes, siding (Cement siding or vinyl), brick and placement of, stone work, special request shingles or cement.
Size and placement of deck and or screen porch
Special window or door requests
